To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Mutimer reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Mutimer provides returns for customers from Australia no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you ship your return within one week of receiving your item(s) to ensure that it arrives at Mutimer within the desired time.

Simply email email@example.com to request return instructions. Mutimer does not bear any responsibility for international returns, so for added safety, please use a well-established courier and insure all packages with a tracking number.
We are able to offer exchanges as long as the item is of the same cost and provided we have stock of the other item you wish to exchange, if there is no stock, a simple refund will be issued (see refund / return policy above)
REFUNDS (STORE CREDIT)
Once your item(s) have been returned you will receive an email with your store credit. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation to the email address provided when checking out.
