How long until my order is dispatched?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-4 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.

How long until my order is delivered?

Zone 1 - Australia, New Zealand | 4-6 working days
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 8-15 working days
Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

Do you cover import costs?

We do not cover any import taxes or costs if they are incurred.

Can I amend shipping information once I have submitted my order?

Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address – unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake. What we can do is withhold the stock (for a maximum of two weeks), cancel the order and allow you to purchase the item again. You can then refund your original order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information.

To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Mutimer reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
